This Legal Notice sets out the identification and contact details that online service providers established in Spain are required to make available to consumers, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico – "LSSI-CE"), the Spanish equivalent of the imprint obligations found under §5 TMG and comparable laws in other European jurisdictions.
